Natural Pure Essentials was established in 2008 after the birth of my daughter. At 3 weeks old, she developed a terrible rash after using Johnson and Johnson baby products. I began researching information about why she developed this rash and was alarmed to find that many of the baby care products contain harsh, synthetic chemicals, that irritate, dries the skin out, and may even be hazardous to a baby's health. I would also find the gel from the disposable diaper on her buttocks when her diaper got soaked. I became very dissatisfied with the popular baby care items and thus I started using natural baby care products.
I realized that many families are faced with similar situation where their infants or toddlers are allergic to chemicals found in popular band name baby items. As a result, I started Natural Pure Essentials to provide alternative baby care products to families. At Natural Pure Essentials, we believe that baby products should not harm our children. Shipping Information:
We currently only ship within the United States via USPS and UPS. All payments must be made in US currency. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has being received and funds have being cleared. All orders after 12 noon on Fridays, weekends, and holidays will be processed on the next business day. If an item is on back order, we will notify the customer immediately with the anticipated shipment date or the option to cancel the order. If we cannot ship orders within 3-4 business days due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify the customer immediately with anticipated shipment date.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Orders/Returns
Once an order is placed, the order may be changed if it has not yet being shipped. Please contact us via e-mail immediately as orders are shipped the next day. Diapers may be returned in its original package within 30 days unused and unwashed. For all in one diapers, we recommend that you try one diaper to ensure proper fit before washing the others as we will not accept washed or used items. All items with manufacturer's defect may be returned in the original package for a full refund. Items returned for other reasons will receive a refund less shipping. Still have questions?
